Beit Sahour

 

East of Bethlehem of Judea

pastors kept watch over their flock

peacefully tending their sheep

when dazzled by a light

luminous grotto

tidings of joy

An angel

would bring

God

the Land of Fruits

the biblical Elim

a stopping place for travellers
