How to Dismantle a Republic

And Rearrange the World

 

How long before the US of A

becomes another failed state

because two MAGAlomaniacs

decided to asset strip the country

for their own avaricious ends?

 

A felonious skunk, convicted time

and again for fraud, has the effrontery

to unleash a Nazi bloodhound on federal

agencies to seek out fraud and dismiss

thousands of employees without notice

or proof of any chicanery or malpractice.

His usual approach is slash and burn

and maybe, just maybe, fix it later.

 

Meanwhile, the president’s foul mouthpiece

is sent to Europe to tell their leaders

that the local Fascists and cuddly Nazis

should be given free rein to contaminate

the minds of their citizens in the name

of free speech, which is sadly lacking here.

The leaders of Europe told him to go forth

and multiply, but not in those exact words.

 

The felonious skunk has also decreed

that Gaza will be where the people

of the world will spend their holidays

thanks to the Felon’s real estate project

he’ll call the Riviera of the Middle East.

A couple of million exhausted Palestinians

will be bulldozed into Egypt and Jordan

along with the rubble left behind by the Israelis.

That only leaves Zelenskiy and Ukraine.

The strong weak man and the weak strongman

have made up their minds to divide the spoils:

the wheatfields for Putin the rare earths

for the Felon (and Elon). Lucky Zelenskiy

will be given an unheated cell in Siberia.

“Welcome to the New World Order, Xi Ping.

So, what do you think?” “Taiwan’s up for grabs.”

Reason follows in its footsteps.

Underhand manoeuvres are applauded.

Migrants are to be deported.

Pull the plug on Medicare.

Sue The Des Moines Register.

Anti-vaxxers in the ascendant.

California? Let it burn.

Undo everything Biden did.

Narcissism is the new morality.

Time to change the Constitution.

 

 

 

 

 

America’s Long Goodbye

 

With his eye on unfettered power,

Lucifer’s Apprentice descended

from his tacky eyrie in 2016,

squawking “America First!

MAGA, MAGA, MAGA!”

 

In that year, he spiralled down

like a sycamore seed

because he only had

one wing—the right one.

‘A right-wing angel?’ we gasped.

‘What happened to the other wing?’

We simply had to ask.

‘I used it to feather my nest,’ he rasped

behind his orange mask.

But he fell at the first hurdle

before he could curdle

the blood of America

for all time.

 

Now the end of democracy is nigh

because he’s back, more dangerous

than ever and riding high.

Morons Are Governing America.

He’s a living Agent Orange,

a democracy defoliant

used to lay bare the ‘enemy within’

to his ruthless revenge.

Chaos personified,

he aims to emulate other

dictators that he admires

in Russia, China, and Korea.

 

He’s also responsible

for the ‘Art of the Steal’

replete with ‘Truth Social’

hyperbole aka alternative facts,

his neologism for lies.

It should be obvious why

the billionaire tech bros

have bent the knee

to kiss his ring ... ka-ching!

 

Meanwhile, his sharpies

have worked overtime,

spewing out EOs

to demolish Medicare,

inducing strokes at a stroke,

just to push up the cost of health.

Let’s throw our red caps in the air,

especially the cap on insulin

to help big Pharma. Good health

is too good for the hoi polloi

so put an antivaxxer

in charge of the Health Dept.

Hello polio, my old friend,

nice to have you back again,

helping out the leg brace makers.

Meanwhile, screw the needy farmers,

greedy for the migrant workers.

 

“Round ‘em up and move ‘em out!

Not the cattle, just the migrants,”

cries the Don, grifting ever further right.

“Hands up all my wealthy friends!”

Dr. Strangelove Elon’s arm shot up

to commemorate the liberation

of Auschwitz 80 years ago.

You know every felon needs an Elon.

 

Historians will ask why so many

regarded a fascist and narcissist,

a misogynist and sexual predator,

a racist and convicted felon,

and a wannabe Mafia Don

as someone fit to be the POTUS.
