Somehow the frailty

Of your eye-catching gait

Was so beautifully surreal

And yes

I saw

I crawled

I released

I seethed intensely to the doorsill of doom

 

Yet with knife-like eyes of azure

I surmised enough to discern

Our unification would have meant reciprocal death!
