Blood on My Shirt
by Terry Brinkman

Nicked myself shaving blood on my shirt

Metempsychosis transmigration face

My attention playing acoustic Base

She is wearing green striped skirt

Left my hat hanging in the dirt

I think myself therefor I am myself

The peer’s omega embrace

Precedence their primate

Her dawn dog’s Christmas eyes

Drum band heard as she sleeps

The Worlds’ greatest reformer’s self

Interplanetary transmitter’s dawn

Sunburst appears in the Northeast

Honors of God’s self
