Poems by Bob Carlton
the thick mist... the thick mist of forgetfulness hovers over my day while the grackles make a Mozart on the backyard power lines intent/cannot be... intent cannot be inferred through pain merely Schism the problem is not the Word of God the problem is in the Ear of Man Terroir she stomped my heart like a champagne grape now she has my heart felt thanks
the thick mist...
the thick mist
of forgetfulness
hovers over
my day
while the grackles
make a Mozart
on the backyard
power lines
intent/cannot be...
intent
cannot be
inferred
through pain
merely
Schism
the problem is not
the Word of God
the problem is in
the Ear of Man
Terroir
she stomped my heart
like a champagne grape
now she has my heart
felt thanks
