Johnny Allina was traumatized at the tender age of
seven by not only bad parenting but an over consumption of sweets, his father
running the North American operations of Pez candy. He was born with the
proverbial silver spoon in his mouth on Park Avenue and raised by partially
suicidal European eccentrics. Once the money was gone, the lot of them became
unglued in different ways. John parlayed a John Donne essay into a scholarship
at coveted Bennington College, where he went on to associate with more upper
class, anxiety-ridden, somewhat suicidal, vicious eccentrics. Having navigated
all aspects of bad behavior from Park Avenue, a small village in rural Vermont,
a series of low- to medium-level odd jobs, stint at the Andy Warhol Foundation
and ultimately to TV commercial extra work, he's turned these experiences into
short stories.

KJ Hannah Greenberg has been playing with words for
an awfully long time. Initially a rhetoric professor and a National Endowment
for the Humanities Scholar, she shed her academic laurels to romp around with a
prickle of imaginary hedgehogs.
Thereafter, she's been nominated once for The Best of the
Net in poetry, three times for the Pushcart Prize in Literature for poetry,
once for the Pushcart Prize in Literature for fiction, once for the Million
Writers Award for fiction, and once for the PEN/Diamonstein-Spielvogel Award
for the Art of the Essay. To boot, Hannahs had more than three dozen

Gary Hewitt is a writer who has had a love of the
written word for many years. His style is a unique blend of grittiness mixed in
with a dash of the unusual. Over the years hes adjusted to a punchy style
of writing and is always looking to find new ideas and originality. His
inspirations are Stephen King, James Herbert, Graham Masterton, William Gibson,
JRR Tolkein and many more. He doesnt just read horror and sci-fi though
and is quite happy to sit down with a feel good tale or two as well. Gary also
works with Tarot, Reiki and other realms of the esoteric. Its all a
quirky mix which can elicit some unusual inspiration for stories, poems and
longer works of fiction.

R. I. Miller is retired and living in the US in the
state of Maine. He's published a handful of stories and even published
(self-published) a novel. He once worked as a technical writer for several
computer companies, as a result now considers himself a bit of a Luddite ( but
since he's emailed this in, he can't claim to be much of a Luddite, it's more
the spirit of the thing).

J.B. Pick 1921-2015 was a British writer, biographer
and poet. Born in Leicestershire of an English father and Scottish mother he
held a great affection for Scotland and moved there in 1979. He was a friend of
Neil Gunn who's biography he co-authored, and other Scottish writers. He was
instrumental in getting David Lindsay's works back into print. His novel "The
Fat Valley" about the thirty-years war in Europe was made into a film "The Last
Valley" starring Michael Caine and Omar Sharif. Although his most famous works
are serious affairs he had a great sense of humour and many of his works here
show that side of him.
